    What We Do

Wildlife suffer from a wide range of injuries, illnesses, and problems. Some animals are orphaned or fall from their nests. Others suffer from broken wings, disease, malnutrition, or other afflictions. The overwhelming source of problems are related to human activities.

Other problems we deal with are lead shot and sinkers, oil contamination, cat & dog attacks, impact with windows, impact with vehicles, gun shot wounds, pesticide poisoning, habitat loss, and glue boards and rat poison

Our goal is to always return animals back to the wild.  If animals are domestics, exotic or non native we place them appropriate homes. We routinely place non releasable wildlife in zoos or other educational settings as well we utilize a wildlife sanctuary to provide the most appropriate and humane outcome for the birds in our care.
